Plans are underway for The Inaugural Malta Business & Professional Association (MBPA) 5K on Saturday, September 11th. The 5K will begin at 8:30 am at the HVCC Tec Smart building in the Saratoga Technology and Energy Park and routes though Luther Forest Technology Campus. The event is open to the public with $20 advance registration online at www.areep.com. Runners can also register for $25 Day of event starting at 7:30 am.

The Malta BPA 5K will benefit local veterans and emergency responders. Proceeds are also being donated to: Saratoga County Rural Preservation Company, Malta Ambulance Corps, Round Lake Fire Department and Malta Ridge Fire Department.
