Saratoga Women’s Rugby is recruiting players for our spring season, and you don't need any rugby experience – we will teach you how to play. All you need is a desire to have some fun and be part of a team! Age and fitness level do not matter. We will get you into shape and teach you what you need to know to play!

Or join us for a team practice at Fireman’s Grove Field, 12 Fireman’s Lane (also 15 Main Street), Ballston Lake, NY, just off of Route 146A, on Mondays and Thursdays from 6pm – 8pm. At some point in April when the weather is better we will switch our practice site to The Shenentaha Creek Park on East Line Road in Ballston Spa (exit 12 off the Northway (I-87)). New players are always welcome.
