No. 3 state-ranked Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake girls soccer takes on undefeated Niskayuna, the top-ranked team in Class AA this afternoon in a Suburban Council match on the turf at Union College. A win would virtually clinch a league title for the Silver Warriors. 

Shenendehowa's girls squad dropped a few spots to No. 18 in the Class AA list after losing to Saratoga Springs last week. In Class A, Foothills Council rivals Broadalbin-Perth and South Glens falls, Nos. 20 and 22 respectively, have identical 11-2 records.

In the boys poll, Galway (11-1) holds steady as the 13th-ranked team in Class C while league rival Mekeel Christian Academy joins the rankings at No. 20.
